Green is much more than a lovely color...

H. Marion Framing believes that sustainable development is the basis of our future. Product stewardship is our focus. We are actively pursuing ways to minimize the impact of our products on the environment. This means designing products that save resources, have longer life, use clean manufacturing, meet indoor air requirements, recycle easily and portray many other sustainable attributes.

It has to look good too...

When design appropriate we specify hardwood frames made from renewable cherry, ash, walnut or oak. These profiles are milled regionally, reducing the need for excess packaging and minimizing transportation costs.

We often design using frames made from 100% bamboo, and artwork printed directly on bamboo or aluminum panels. These prints utilize eco-friendly inks with no VOC emissions, and UV properties to resist fading ensuring a long life cycle for the art.

Planting Trees

H. Marion is proud to support vendors like Larson-Juhl who have partnered with American Forests to establish the Global ReLeaf Forest Foundation. This foundation assists with forest restoration and establishment in the United States and around the world. Over 250,000 trees have been planted.
